Successful Immigration practice concentrating in deportation defense seeking J.D. graduate taking the upcoming Bar, attorney newly admitted to the bar or with 1-2 years of experience that is passionate about defending the rights of immigrants. Individual must have strong writing skills, good oral articulation and be enthusiastic about research. Ideal candidate must be prepared to write numerous motions, pleadings and appeals before USCIS, Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, Clark County District Court, Circuit Court of Appeals and Federal Court. Applicant must have excellent work ethic and be reliable. Law firm provides a friendly environment and great opportunity to build a strong career in immigration law. Remote employment may be considered or flexible schedule but prefer in person employment. This position prefers a J.D. and State Bar License but will consider recent graduate sitting for the upcoming Bar Exam. Seasoned attorneys are also welcome to apply. In addition, qualified candidates must have excellent writing, legal research, communication and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Salary Information: commensurate with experience.
