Crystal Clear Auto Glass is a small, locally owned auto glass company that has been in operation since the ’80’s. We are known for high quality installation and friendly customer service. Perfect candidate will be highly motivated, great with customers, strong work ethic, positive attitude, communicative, and have at least 1 year experience working in an auto glass shop. No hacks, we are a quality only shop.
We offer mobile service in Summit, Eagle, and Lake counties as well as service in our shop in Silverthorne.
Auto glass technician job duties: Repair and replace damaged windshields- we work on everything from large semi trucks, snow plows, snow cats, busses, heavy equipment, to cars, trucks, and SUVs. Keep a digital log of each job using software provided Average of 5 installs per day during busy spring/summer season. 40 hr work week. Usually 8-5 M-F but some weekend work available as well. (this can be flexible according to employee’s needs) Work towards being able to install windshields solo with proper equipment. Maintain a clean and organize workspace and keep track of tools Maintain clean and organized mobile service vans and keep track of tools Mobile and in-shop installs Learn ADAS calibrations of all brands of cars after windshield installation. (training available) Learn to cut laminated flat glass Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Must have a clean driving record
Pay depends on experience. $21-30hr, paid holidays, paid vacation time, health insurance stipend.
