Hollow Metal and Commercial Door and Hardware Installer Wanted. Must be experienced and proficient at commercial grade handsets, rim exit devices, vertical rod exit devices, closers, auto operators, coordinators, overhead stops and other commercial hardware.Experience in finish carpentry and the ability to modify wood slabs as needed is helpful. Welding experience is also a plus.
To be successful you must:
1) Be reliable. When you have been scheduled to be on a job at a certain time, be there on time and do what it takes to complete the job on time as well. 2) Have the legal right to work in Colorado and be able to prove it. 3) Have all the tools required to properly perform the tasks listed above. 4) Have reliable transportation. 5) Have a positive and professional attitude. 6) Have the required insurances: auto, liability, and comp (or a business entity which allows waiver).
