Commercial Janitorial position for 2 of our accounts. Will be hired as an Independent Contractor. Job details below:
– Since you are an Independent Contractor, we pay per job completed. We can discuss the pay of each job over the phone, but it is typically around $1,000 – $1,200 per month for aprox 6hrs/week of work (24hrs/month).
– The first account will take 1hr on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and can be done anytime after 6:30pm.
– The second account will take 2hrs on Thursdays and Sundays, and can be done anytime after 10:00pm. An additional day may be added to this account, which will increase your job pay in the near future.
– Must be reliable, dependable, independent, and have own transportation.
– Duties include: trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, general wipe-down/sanitizing, dusting, kitchens, bathrooms and other janitorial duties.
– Must be able to pass a background check.
– Must have (or be able to get) General Liability Insurance
Additional accounts may be added later, depending on the quality of your work and availability of other jobs.
