Roth Medical(subsidiary of Rotech Healthcare Inc.) is seeking a Patient Service Technician(PST) with a valid driver’s license who wants to be part of a growing company. Roth Medical specializes in the delivery, setup, and service of durable medical equipment(Oxygen/CPAP/Bipap/wheelchairs/beds/etc.) and respiratory supplies.
Job Responsibilities: Rotech’s PSTs communicate with patients, referral sources and co-workers to effectively perform all tasks related to patient care and third party reimbursement. PSTs will be responsible for the delivery, set up, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, and the instruction to patients and/or caregivers concerning proper use and maintenance of equipment. PSTs are also involved in the on call rotation in the location.

Job Requirements: Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in the medical field and a strong customer service background is preferred, but not required.
