We have immediate availability for a new team member! Want to join a family-owned company with a wonderful team that serves healthy delicious lunches to students and children? We are looking for the next hard-working, Driver Supervisor to join our team. Must be able to lift 50 pounds (good food is heavy!) Your safety is important! It’s a plus if you’re vaccinated against COVID and earns a $100 bonus. Your day will begin at our kitchen where you will check out drivers as they load one of our vans with the meals prepared by our culinary team. Your day will include a break for lunch (which we provide) and preparing for the next day.The Driver Supervisor’s responsibilities include: * Checking drivers out before they leave to make sure they have all items * Assisting drivers to get our on time by helping them find their deliveries and getting organized *Over seeing drivers to keep them on task * Training new drivers- we have 15 daily routes *Picking up miscellaneous groceries from King Soopers, Sysco, Restaurant Depot, etc * Supervising van maintenance, tire rotations, oil changes, repairs
After 90 days of employment, new employees receive a bonus of $1000, and become eligible for health insurance, of which we pay half. Meals and paid breaks are included as well as free uniforms. Recognition including cash is given to all team members at birthdays and work anniversaries, because we appreciate you!
Monday-Friday, must be available for a shift between from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Approximately 40-45 hours per week. No nights, no weekends, Our programs run year round, even in the summer! We also have an aggressive paid- time- off program for all employees: 2 weeks during 1st year, 3 weeks during 2nd year, and 4 weeks during 3rd and all future years.
We are located in Arvada, and we serve schools and day care and residential facilities around the Denver metro area.
PS…We work with kids! As such, we have a zero tolerance policy for tobacco, alcohol, or drug use at work. Must pass CBI background check. Must have good driving record. Hope to hear from you soon!
