The City of Commerce City is looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, painting, carpet and flooring, and exterior maintenance. You will also assist with general custodial duties and special requests for set-up and tear-down as assigned.
This is an excellent entry-level position that offers opportunities to work alongside our Building Engineer and Facilities Maintenance Supervisor on larger and more complex projects. Join our team and work in a positive, team-oriented environment where your skills and contributions will be valued
Rotating on call shifts are required after completing training. These shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualified candidates will be contacted the week of October 9th for interviews to take place that same week.

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience. The hiring range is $38,781 – $48,476/annually ($18.64- $23.31/hourly)
