As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
DETAILS As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and generating revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining existing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities: – Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote our services. – Actively work closely with our current clients to chase new work or projects – Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets. – Present, promote, and sell our services to prospective clients. – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. – Build and collaborate with a sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. – Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis. – Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement. – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities.
Qualifications: – Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in Construction and/ or landscape. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients. – Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. – Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. – Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment. – Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. – Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. – Knowledge of Landscape Construction and Maintenance is a plus.
