Responsibilities and Duties
Providing teaching and mentorship (1:1 and 1:2) to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The focus will be on individualized programs that each person has identified to enhance the quality of their life. The position requires the ability to drive around the Denver Metro area. Qualifications & Skills
Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have an insured reliable vehicle. Must be able to pass Criminal and Motor Vehicle Background Checks. Available to work weekdays with varied shifts of which include some early evening hours ending between 6pm and 7pm. Flexibility. Experience preferred but not required. Applicants may be subject to providing proof of vaccination against COVID-19 to protect fellow employees & the people served. Benefits/Perks
We offer an EXCELLENT benefit package for Full-Time Employees (30+hours) after 60 days. If you work a 40-hour work schedule the benefit packet would equate to an additional $3.63 per hour/ $7,550 per year making the annual salary equate to $44,990-$47,070 annually.

Salary: $37,440.00 – $39,520.00 per year
