PROFESSIONAL FLOORING MEASURES NEEDED

In need of professional flooring measures for single family rental homes. This is a contractor, 1099-position. Will need to meet the below requirements:
– Will need to travel around the metro area– Measure entire home & provide take-offs for carpet, lvp, etc. – Assess and estimate for potential subfloor repairs- if any – Give detailed information on existing conditions/materials – Provide pictures of existing conditions – Provide diagrams of measures w/ seam placements – Be able to measure 2-3+ homes a day – Provide a 24 hr turn around time for measures & diagrams
**Those with a measure software program will be considered 1st** ***Paid per house measured***
