I have been in business for 11 years and at this location for 4 years. I am hoping to find someone who is like-minded, kind, respectful and a peaceful person.Must have -good rental history -12 month contract -$350 deposit -$950/month -have your own liability insurance -drama free environment -keep a clean space in your room and kitchen area -keep music level down in your room
The vibe at my studio is private, relaxing and friendly. Must be ok with a kid-free environment, so our clients have a safe place to relax and enjoy themselves. -includes waiting area, kitchen, wifi, elderado spring water and referrals from me with a client base of 11 years
