Description Seasonal Associate (Seasonal Shinesty sells clothing that likes to party. The kind that turns heads and starts conversations. We’re growing fast. And we are going to become the most fun, most loved brand in the world. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
This role is one of shrewd attention to detail. If you don’t totally blow the interview you could be responsible for Shinesty’s order fulfillment, ensuring inventory accuracy, assisting with receiving, and general warehouse cleanliness.
Requirements Maintain 99.99% Order Fulfillment Accuracy: Accurately pick, pack and ship orders within the goal based timelines Restock and maintain station cleanliness per daily duties Maintain aisle/pick bin organization and cleanliness Inventory control through cycle counts and frequent inventory checks Assist with warehouse receiving and product movement Maintain equipment maintenance and cleanliness Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies and procedures of Shinesty and standards established by OSHA Stellar communication interdepartmental Demonstrate company values and visions with a kick-ass attitude Show up for your shifts, on time. If you are the hardest working, most bad-ass, chillest of the wiliest, you may have an opportunity to stay on the team become full-time.
This position operates in a professional distribution environment. It is located at the Shinesty Distribution Center in Denver, CO. If you are accepted to this position you will join the ranks of excellent Colorado companies like; Ball Aerospace, Coors, and American Furniture Warehouse.
