All installers of DĀLYTE must have the following qualities/skills: o Coach-ability o Team player attitude o Willingness to work until the job is done o Ability to be flexible with your schedule o Willingness to travel to job sites and stay for multiple weeks o An understanding that culture comes before all else
Helper: $23 o Follows Dalyte Safety Plan Handbook o Professional representation of Dalyte in the field o Follows instructions from Construction Department leadership to complete assigned tasks with high degree of quality & efficiency o Has the required hand tools everyday o Maintains truck & supplies in orderly fashion o Unload/load materials to and from trucks o Distribute materials to final location o Can read tape measure o Daily job cleanup o 90 Day probation period o Other duties as assigned

Other Basic Job Details and Requirements: — A valid DRIVERS LICENSE is a must with no DUIs within the last 5 years. — Reliable transportation — Ability to work on roofs/high locations. — Ability to carry and climb ladders. — Ability to work outdoors. — Ability to lift 75lbs. — Must be able to travel 20% of the time

Schedule: 10 hour shift Overtime
