Some of the tasks you will be performing as a Spa Associate:

Service tasks

1. Set up and prepare rooms for services

2. Bring clients into our services (Salt Cave, Foot Bath, Sauna) and give orientation

3. Clean & dry customer’s feet after the foot bath service

4. Clean foot-bath tubs after each session

5. Clean saunas after each session

1. VERY IMPORTANT: Keep everything running on time (this is very critical to the spa operation and can sometimes be stressful, if you are not a proactive person or someone who does not have good time management skill)

Spa-keeping tasks:

1. Restock sheets and towels in massage rooms, saunas, etc

2. Clean & maintain foot bath modules

3. Clean and maintain saunas

4. Wash and fold laundry (massage sheets, towels)

5. Wash cups

6. Restocking bathrooms

7. Wipe down bathroom counters

8. Take out trash

9. Sweeping and vacuuming rooms

10. Wipe down retail product shelves

1. Restocking products in retail space

Front-desk tasks:

1. check customers in for services

2. book customers into services

1. answer phone

Total starting Salary is about $19.00 – $21.00 / hour Base salary is $ 17.50/hour and tips average $2.50-3.50 / hour

Job requirements for Spa Associate:

A friendly and welcoming personality Experience in any of these areas: customer service, retail, spa, health and wellness or hospitality industry

4. Good communicator at giving orientation for our services, one on one and groups up to 10 people at a time

5. Detail-oriented, good time management

9. Results-driven

1. Available to work on weekends (Sat, Sun)
