Job Description: • Pick material, equipment, and tools to satisfy the requirements of job site truck loads. • Record information on yard attachments going out for rent.• Safely and effectively use tools and equipment to execute shipping and receiving responsibilities. • Perform daily activities of the yard in accordance with CLS procedures, policies, and guidelines. • Provide consistent customer service across all activities. • Perform other duties as requested by the lead hand or yard supervisor. • Other duties as required. What you will bring to the role: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Knowledge and use of hand and power tools • High regard for safety and pride for quality of work • Self-motivated and a team player • Able to multi-task, show initiative and ask questions as needed. • Able to follow directions to ensure completion of daily tasks. • Have a high degree of flexibility in a changing environment. • Must have reliable transportation. • Strength to perform average lifting of up to 50 pounds, from the ground to above head. • Should be able to navigate through the yard/worksite daily. • Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
